Never. Selah is paid by the hiring firm, always, and a candidate is never charged for anything. Most of the roles here were never advertised, because the contractor is replacing someone who is still in the seat.
We represent searches with US general contractors, CM-at-risk firms, cost consultancies and owner’s-rep practices, across preconstruction, estimating, cost and commercial management, and project and construction management.
