What data we collect
We collect name, email address, CV/resume files, and any information you choose to provide in our intake forms. We do not collect data through cookies beyond functional session management.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely for the purpose of recruitment and talent matching. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Automated assessment
We use software to help order a shortlist by relevance. It never decides anything. No candidate is accepted, rejected, ranked or screened out by a score, and every judgment about a person is made by a person. Where local law restricts the use of automated tools in hiring, we do not run them at all and assess by conversation instead.
Data retention
Candidate profiles are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request deletion sooner. Where we have assessed a candidate against a specific role, we retain a record of that assessment for four years. We are required to keep it: US federal uniform guidelines on employee selection (29 CFR Part 1607) treat referral for a role as an employment decision, and the record is what makes it possible to check afterwards that our process did not disadvantage anyone. That record is kept even where you ask us to delete your profile, and it is used for no other purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@selahtalentpartners.com. The one exception is the four-year assessment record described above, which we are obliged to retain.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. The most current version will always be available at this URL.
